Raw Material of Tensile Film

Raw Material of Tensile Film

The stretch film is made by injection molding and tape casting. The thickness of cast polyethylene stretch film is symmetrical, but it is seldom used at present because of its high price. Injection molded polyethylene stretch film is made of blow molding grade PE particles by blow molding machine, which has low cost, so it is the first time to apply it. What are the raw materials of stretch film?

The fan material of the tensile film is divided into 6 parts

1. Polyvinylidene chloride: as a single-sided film, it can also be used in soft cans. It can be used as a packaging material for ham and sausages. Its airtightness, ligation, heat shrinkage and gas insulation are excellent. PVDF can also be used as beryllium layer of nylon, polyester and other film materials. In addition, it can also be used as a composite substrate for cooking bags, which can be used on excellent high barrier PVDC films for high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization.

2. Polyester: It has excellent clarity, heat resistance and wear resistance. There are two kinds of film thicknesses: 12um and 25um. The printing is carried out on the polyester, which can be used as the cover material for cooking bags or dishes.

3. Nylon: It is indispensable as the base material of packaging products for soft cans. There are two types: biaxial stretching and non stretching. Biaxially stretched nylon 6 film not only has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, but also tear strength and needle eye resistance. It can be used together with other raw materials due to currency. In addition, in order to avoid crimping and improve strength, nylon 6-6 film is also used, but the price is higher than nylon 6.
