What is the stretch film production method

1, increase the temperature of the film, tensile forming. The main work is to laminate the flat stretchable film onto the heating plate to increase the plasticity of the film, and then stretch the film into the same shape as the mold by compressed air and pumping air. 

2, extract the air in the film, heat seal packaging. The main work is after the confluence of the upper and lower membranes. Forming a vacuum state, the upper film and the heat sealing plate contact, heat by the heat sealing plate heating the film, the heat sealing material of the upper and lower film melt, and then through pressure extrusion, the upper and lower film bonded together, become a whole, to ensure that the product packaging does not leak.
